The rotating concrete feeding unit of Jumbo R together with the rotating distribution conveyor belt transports concrete accurately into the mould. A frequency controlled drive takes care of the infinite controlled transport of the concrete for the optimal adaptability to every product.

Jumbo S - for manhole rings and tapers, manhole base units and septic tank rings.

Jumbo S proves itself, especially with the speed of production of manhole rings, septic tank rings (multi chamber system), soakaway units, manhole tapers and similar concrete elements. Reinforced and non-re-inforced concrete pipes are manufactured by Jumbo S using the special equipment Rplus givingexceptional brilliant perfor-mance.The linear moving concrete feeder system feeds the concrete quickly and accurately in the exactly correct amount into the mould. Great advantages can be gained especially in the manufacture of septic tank rings.Jumbo S vibration systems:Moulds for manhole rings and manhole tapers:Joined central vibrators with frequency con-verters or additional equipment for the programming of frequency response cha-racteristics. Multi chamber septic tank rings:Independent mouldcores with central vibra-tors are installed in all core segments for optimal compaction throughout the septic tank ring.Mould changing in shortest possible time due to the carefully designed quick locking system.

Jumbo S R-plus Combining speed of Jumbo S with flexibility of Jumbo R

In the R-plus version Jumbo S improves itself as omnipotential:For the production of manhole elements the concrete distributor with feeding ring is connected using a quick clamping device on the concrete feeding unit.

For the manufacture of pipes and similar products a rotating distribution conveyor belt can be quickly – in next to no time – connected to the concrete feeding unit of Jumbo S. The change-over time is kept to a minimum when converting a manhole producing Jumbo S into a fully valuable pipe manufacturing machine. A rotary distribution conveyor belt feeds the pipe mould accurately with the correct amount and well metered.

Common features of all BFS-Jumbo’s:

Extremely precise shaping of the spigot end by the spigot forming unit, by means of the hydraulic cylinder with piston rod with tail rod and therefore extremely long press guidance

Schnelligkeit beweist Jumbo S vor allem bei der Fertigung von Schachtringen, Klärgrubenringen (Mehrkammersystem), Sickerringen, Schachthälsen und ähnlichen Betonteilen. Beton- und Stahlbetonrohre werden von Jumbo S mit der Spezial- ausrüstung Rplus mit Bravour gefertigt.Schnell und zuverlässig füllt der Beton- verteiler den Beton in exakt der richtigen Menge über die linear verfahrbare Beschickung in die Form. Jumbo S R-plus Symbiose aus Schnelligkeit der Jumbo S mit Flexibilität der Jumbo R

In der R-plus wird Jumbo S zum Alleskönner:Für die Fertigung von Schachtelementen ist der Betonverteiler mit Betonfüllring mit einer Schnellkoppelvorrichtung an der Betonbe-schickung verbunden.

Zur Produktion von Rohren und ähnlichen Produkten wird ein rotierendes Abwurfför-derband mit wenigen Handgriffen an den Beschicker der Jumbo S angebaut. In kürzester Zeit wird so aus der Jumbo S eine vollwertige Rohrmaschine – mit einem rotierenden Abwurfband, das zielgenau und fein dosiert die Rohrform füllt.

Gemeinsames aller BFS-Jumbos:

äußerst exakte Ausprägung des Spitz-endes durch Presseinheit mit Hydraulik-zylinder und durchgehender Kolbenstange – dadurch extrem lange Pressenführung

Change-over to concrete elements in different lengths takes only a few minutes: A lifting frame with stable guiding columns and quick connectors enables fast height adjustment.

With the laser feed control system the quantity and the level of the concrete is precisely controlled distributed.

The latest innovations maximize qua-lity: The double-shaft central vibrator (patent pending). During filling direct frequency and counter balance regu-lation of the vibrator enables production of top quality products.

Boundless versatility: Contour regulation enables for exact feeding of products with irregular sections. Automatically the concrete is fed into every corner of the mould.

The Finitec system: A perfectly formed and exact length finish at the spigot end. The oscilla-ting pressed steel spigot forming ring of Jumbo-Finitec is left on top of the product until the end of the curing phase ensuring an incredibly smooth spigot end and a precise contour. A specification far beyond the DIN 4034.1.
