I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Worth Construction (GC) – Continuing the new addition

foundations, masonry walls and structural steel. Interior

renovations are well under way in both the CTI and SPC

buildings. The CTI renovations include (4+) bathrooms, room

301 reconfiguration and new paint, ceilings and flooring in the

corridors. SPC renovation includes work at the main entrance

vestibule.

S&O Construction (PC) – Working on new addition below

slab piping as needed. Additionally working on interior

renovations in CTI related to (4+) bathrooms and room 301

reconfiguration.

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY (con’t)

CB Strain (MC) – Currently working in CTI installing new HVAC

equipment in various spaces including the bathrooms and room

301 renovation. Also working in the boiler room preparing piping

to new addition and new boiler installation. Over in SPC new

HVAC equipment will be installed for the renovated main

entrance vestibule.

Upstate Electric (EC) – Currently working in conjunction with

all other prime contractors including the EPC lighting

contractor within the CTI building. Will also be working in

the SPC renovated main entrance vestibule. Planning and

preparing new power service upgrades including multiple

transformers for all buildings.

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY (con’t)

United Safety (AB) – Currently performing asbestos

abatement in CTI in multiple locations including four

bathrooms, room 301 and some incidental remaining

corridor flooring.

Amity Construction (SC) – Continue structural building fill

and corresponding foundation work. Also currently

working on various exterior utilities including sanitary

sewer, storm, water, power and data trenching. Will be

placing portions of new concrete walkways and asphalt

paving in front of SPC in conjunction with the new main

entrance vestibule.

Schedule

Upcoming Weeks: Continue progressing the new addition

foundation and steel erection working toward enclosing

the building envelope. As the new addition takes shape,

the surrounding site work will continue with various

infrastructure, establishment of campus roadways and

site grading. Concurrently, interior renovation work in CTI

and SPC will be continuous through the summer. CTI

work includes renovated bathrooms, room 301

reconfiguration of space, renovated corridors and various

HVAC upgrades. SPC work includes a new main

entrance vestibule, HVAC unit and exterior site

improvements.

• Construction workers are not to work in owner occupied areas

of building.

• All Contractors are Required to Wear ID Badges

• CM has Fulltime Supervision During Construction

• All Communications are through the Construction Manager
