• N Oberlin, Huron to Newman, is a 354 ft long dirt and gravel road in a 40 ft ROW

• Huron and Newman are improved with pavement, curb and most sidewalks

• Oberlin is a future neighborhood greenway in the 2030 plan

• GIS shows some narrow pavement on Oberlin west of Huron, however, street view does not show pavement

• Oberlin ends at the peninsula crossing trail to the west and does not continue east of Newman, so cut-through traffic is unlikely

• Oberlin, Olin to Newman, has 16 homes and the potential for eight more

• A connection from Huron to Newman is unlikely to attract much traffic, though completion of Oberlin west of Huron could do so in the future

• Up to 240 trips per day are anticipated from 24 homes• Oberlin ends at the peninsula crossing trail to the west

and does not continue east of Newman so cut-through traffic is unlikely
