GOOD NEWS!The replacement patio furniture is here!
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN REQUESTS:Please send all architectural requests to Kathy Cooper or drop them off at the Welcome Desk. Please remember the DWDM Residential Design Guidelines allow for a 60 day response time to all requests. It does not usually take that long in MOST cases. Once received, the requests are processed through the AAM, LLC corporate office and an initial letter is sent. The ARC meets the first Tuesday of each month MOST of the time, however, there are circumstances when the meeting is rescheduled to a later date. Once the ARC makes a determination the responses are processed again through the AAM corporate office and attached to each lot file. A response letter is sent. The ARC reviews between 20-25 requests each month and the processing time takes several days to complete. Please do not schedule your landscape contractor until you have received the response letter. If you are coming close to the 90 day rear yard requirement, please call Kathy Cooper and she will likely be OK with an extension.
HORIZONTAL POOL FLOTATION DEVICES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE SAGUARO CENTER POOL:
They obscure visibility in the water and lifeguard, or no lifeguard, if someone were to have difficulties and go to the bottom of the pool, rafts on the surface could significantly reduce the chances of anyone seeing them. The average drowning is usually very quiet - not a lot of yelling or thrashing about that might draw attention, so a clear view of the pool bottom at all times would maximize the chance that someone in trouble would be discovered.
EMAILS:We have received many reports of homeowners getting emails (with reference to invoices) that look as though they are from Kathy, Celeste, or homeowners, but are fraudulent. In the event that you receive one of these emails, please follow these guidelines:
-- Check the email address carefully; if it is from either Kathy or Celeste, after the name, it will read: associatedasset.com-- DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS or respond to them.-- Report the fraudulent email to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center: https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx-- Or send the suspect email, as an attachment (not forwarded), to Celeste or Kathy. They can have the AAM IT department investigate the origin country andinternet provider of the email, in order to report it directly to the provider in hopesthat they will shut down malicious use of their services.
Tuesday, August 14th starting at 3:00 pm
Jerry McNeely will give an orientation on how to safely and effectively use the exercise machines in our fitness center. Sign up at the Welcome Desk or online.
