2015 Citizen of the Year: Clint Herbst

Former mayor Clint Herbst has been named Monticello’s 2015 Citizen of the Year. His selection was made public by the Monticel-lo Chamber, Monticello Lions and Monticel-lo Rotary clubs. He will serve as Riverfest parade grand marshal Sunday, July 12th. Congratulations Clint and thank you for your years of service to the Monticel-lo Community.
