The Picture Permit Imprint Indicia Promotion will begin starting August 1st and run through September 30th, 2013. This promotion is designed for mailers to utilize this service without paying the usual fee of $.01 per piece for First-Class Mail letters and cards or $.02 per piece for Standard Mail letters and cards.
