In July 1989, Gibson Montana shipped its very first handmade Gibson Acoustic guitar.  That first shipment will forever represent the rebirth of the Gibson Acoustics.

This is now the second beginning of a new generation of fine acoustics from this glorious American Dream company ‐ Gibson.

On 2009, Gibson Montana is proud to offer rare and exceptional Gibson Montana 20th Anniversary Models.

These acoustics will permanently remain a symbol of this first 20 years of fine Gibson Acoustic handmade guitars delivered by the hands of the historic builders in Montana.

Only 20 of each Anniversary Custom will be built, representing one for each year since 1989.
