requirements. Conduct complex research and analysis; prepare reports and correspondence related to this duty. Interpret existing and proposed laws, policies, and related procedures. Propose, develop, and prepare policy materials, operations manuals, and supporting instructions. Pre-audit and review, evaluate, and cost analyze for space modifications. Recommend space utilization proposals and develop plans to achieve Department goals. Represents the Department’s viewpoint at meetings with DTMB, contractors and vendors. employee. Analyze program needs to assure modifications are consistent with the work and environment. Research and evaluate parts and cost items to construct space modifications most economically. Coordinate the office design build, with the affected Department employee, DTMB and vendors. Coordinate incoming, relocating or departing employees with telecommunications staff. Recommend criteria, standards, and guidelines to assess agencies' program structures and
determine their compatibility with the objectives and priorities of the state program area. Assess the social, economic, political, operational, and organizational implications of existing and
proposed policies and program decisions. Provide consultation to and coordinate departmental programs with state and federal agencies,
