Jubanti Dhan Toppo Trainer/Coordinator Rural Resource and Training Centre (RRTC), India “I believe that the Coady Institute can deliver the knowledge and skills that I need to become an assertive leader.” RRTC visualizes a society that is self-reliant through land resources and livestock and eco-friendly and mutually collaborative entrepreneurship. Its mission is to achieve a self-sufficient and self-sustaining society through generating awareness, capacity-building, skills development and dissemination of appropriate technology. I work with the unemployed rural youth in the age group of 18 - 35 years, in the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category of the country. We deliver training in specific trades such as IT, motor mechanics, driving, nursing, and hospitality, and give them entry-level jobs to have a sustainable livelihood.
