Afro-Aerobics: A contemporary African dance class designed to help you lose weight and be heart healthy! Come join us in the mornings to get your day started right and "Commit to be Fit!"
Cardio Challenge: Join us for a di�erent cardio workout each Saturday morning! Follow a variety of instructors to experience a cardio challenge in a fun environment. All �tness levels are welcome!
Cardio Mix: Mix it up! Move to the beat with a mixture of cardio moves, strength training, and core exercises to get your heart rate going and burn calories while having fun! No prior experience required for this full-body workout!
Cardio & Sculpt [60 minutes]: A 60-minute fun high-to-low cardio workout combined with total body muscle conditioning using weights. Knock out two di�erent workouts in one class!
Core Fit [30 minutes]: Do your core workout with a group! Core strength is the foundation to a strong body and a great way to avoid low back problems! Be encouraged as you strengthen your core and sculpt your abs in this 30-minute core class!
Cycle: Get ready to cycle and sweat! In this energizing cycling class, you will be expertly guided as you experience a variety of cycling simulations including hill climbs, fast �ats, and break away �nishes while focusing on speed, power, intensity and technique.
Cycle & Sculpt [60 minutes]: Bring your towel! This �tness class combines biking and strength training. Join us for a total body workout giving you a fun cardio challenge combined with reshaping results!
*Hybrid Kickboxing®: Hybrid Kickboxing® or HKB™ is a modern martial arts method developed by JSU grad Jeremy Gordan. It combines two or more di�erent philosophies / methodologies of martial arts, and it is a researched, successful blend of science, art, tradition, and exercise.
Line Dancing: Dance the night away! Line dancing is a fun way to move your body and exercise without even noticing! Come learn those basic line dances as well as new ones, and you’ll be ready for the next wedding reception! Set to a variety of music, all dance levels are welcome!
Muscle Work: Work it out! Total body resistance training using a variety of muscular exercises and equipment. This workout is ideal for those who want to increase metabolism and decrease body fat, as well as improving strength and muscle tone!
Power Fit: Power it up! Circuit training alternates strength training exercises and cardio activities to provide two challenging workouts in one. Be guided through a full body workout as you get your �t on!
Sculpt & Tone: Join us for a new non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focused on core and overall body strength! Functional training equipment such as weighted bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, and med balls will all be used to help sculpt and tone you up!
Silver Sneakers Classic: Open to anyone looking for a moderate paced exercise class in a fun and social atmosphere! Have fun and move to the music while increasing muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are used for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Silver Sneakers Circuit: Combine fun with �tness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternat-ed with low-impact aerobic moves. A chair is provided for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Step: Step to it! This traditional class combines choreographed step moves using an adjustable step platform for a great cardio workout. Think you aren’t coordinated enough? You can always control your level of di�culty and intensity! Come step with us!
Yoga: Come experience an integrated class which blends many traditional yoga styles together. Yoga can help you develop personal poise, life balance, grace, and vitality, as well as increase your �tness levels. Beginners are welcome!
Yoga for Any Body: Think you can't do yoga? Think again! Come join a gentle yoga class designed for any body shape! Learn basic yoga moves and adaptations as you bene�t from mind/body yoga exercise and stress reduction!
Zumba: It’s Party Time! Zumba is a cardio dance workout incorporating music and choreography to form a �tness party atmosphere. While much of the featured music is Latin-American inspired, classes also utilize dance music from all over the world including jazz, African beats, country, hip-hop, and pop. All dance levels are welcome!
