Current Scholarship Program (CSP)
2010: JSTOR launches Current Scholarship program to help the academic community – presses, scholarly associations, libraries, faculty, and students – benefit from investment in a shared technology platform and related services to support the economically sustainable publication, dissemination, and use of new scholarship.
• Deep understanding library needs and the challenges and inefficiencies inherent in the current system of scholarly communication.
• Desire to collaborate in ways that are innovative, share and use technological and other resources wisely and efficiently, and promote wide-spread access to scholarship in sustainable ways.
