JSG is currently recruiting for Field Operations Engineers for Permanent Staff roles in Central Alberta

Job Description:

Working in collaboration with the other members of the

Operations Engineering team, the successful candidate will contribute as a member of the operating team while providing operations engineering expertise in order to maximize the efficient, safe and profitable operation of the facility.

Specific Accountabilities:-Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot plant, field and pipelineoperations-Support facility operation and maintenance departments-Provide technical support to business development-Provide technical expertise to work order and managementof change processes-Develop, justify and execute facility based projects-Prepare and maintain reference documentation anddrawings-Actively participate in plant and field planning, schedulingand budgeting processes

Minimum Qualifications:-Alberta P.Eng. Designation required-Min. 5 yrs. engineering experience in implementing projectsand providing operational support for gas processing facilities-Strong communication, interpersonal, organization andanalytical skills-Self-starter who is able to work independently-Experience in natural gas processing-Familiarity with current regulatory standards and codes-Valid Driver’s license
