JS Hardware, registered as Jiangsu Shuanghui Power Development Co., Ltd. in China, was found in 1974,

completely private owned, and now is the largest manufacturer of hardware /fittings and accessories for transmis-

sion line and substation in China.

At JS Hardware, there is an experienced R&D team with industry well-recognized design tools, especially for

new materials, new product structure and production engineering.

JS Hardware designed and supplied hardware/fittings and accessories for the first AC 750kV, 1000kV,

DC 800kV transmission line in China, like 1000kV Yangtze River Crossing project which has a span more than

5500 feet.

Up to now, the total length of 500kV transmission line JS Hardware has served in China and worldwide isapprox. 4200 miles. JS Hardware still proudly keeps ZERO failure rates record so far.

JS Hardware is located in Jiangdu city, Jiangsu province and one hour drive to provincial capital Nanjing City

and three hours drive to Shanghai.

Production JS Hardware

DesignJS Hardware engineering team has helped design turnkey transmission line and substation packages

focusing on the hardware fittings up to AC1000kV and DC 800kV. Their involvement in the process from

design and cost estimation, right up to final manufacture, guarantees a high quality engineered product.

At JS Hardware, our value-added project support services are tailored specifically to the needs of the

customer and the requirements of transmission line and substation projects.

Tooling Development, Manufacture and Test

JS Hardware has a professional tooling development center with CAD/3D design and CNC machining, as

well as the flexible production capacity including steel forging, aluminum casting, die-casting, stamping,

machining, hot-dip galvanizing. All production process from design to shipment is controlled according toANSI/IEEE, ASTM, IEC related standards.

There is a professional laboratory at JS hardware which shall process lots of tests includes steel/aluminum

alloy chemical elements analysis, breaking load tests for all hardware fittings, slipping strength test for dead

end and joint sleeves, assembling test for insulator string hardware fitting, etc.

Scheduling

In case installation schedules are determined, we work with you and your contractor to coordinate mate-

rial delivery on site, and on time.
