2. The following players were reported by referees :(a) . Mr.G.Milton -(Chelsea)for swearing and kicking Mr.B.Jansen (Manchester).

The referee, Mr. E.Sangion, as well as Messrs.Milton and Jansen must report to the Management Committee Meeting in four weeks time.

(b) . Mr.D.Litchfield (Yorkshires ) as well as the captains of Yorkshires andManchester must appear at the next M.C.M. inconnection with a complaint against Mr.Litchfield and the matter of the match being blown off befor time as alleged by Manchester.

(c) , Mr.Ronald Lawrenoe and the player from Westham who was put off b r thereferee on 23/4/72, must appear at the M.C.M. in four weeks time.

The Treasurer reported that the acoo\mts of Barcelona and Manchester were checked with the Auditor and Mr.v.d.Haer. Barcelona'saccount has "been rectified and Manchester owes the amount as reflected in the halanoe sheet • Manchester was given untill the next general meeting to pay the outstanding amount of R3.20,

Chelsea proposed, seconded by Dynomos, that the financial report be approved.Management Committee Meeting Report: (Report attached).General i(a) ,The Chairman reported that Mr. Du Preez informed him that St.Barnabas

is withdrawing from the Association.St.Barnabas was suspended untill their withdrawell is formally received,

(b) ,The Chairman expressed his disgust at Mana.gement Committee Members whodoes not play their part to ensure the smooth running of the Association and added that he will definately not erect net supports if the other

members does not assist,Mr,Schroeder expressed the view that a grovindsman ought to be hired and Mr.v.d.Haer replied that the grounds are maintained by the City Council and that they do not accept responsibility for the erection, of net supports,The Chairman concluded in pointing out to the delegates that the onus rests with them to ensure that M.C,Members do their work and that he will not hesitate, to request any M.C,Member to tender his resignation should he merely serve on the^gommittee for name sake,

(c^.Mr,Fortune reported that a start has been made witiucabinet for the trophies,(d) ,Clubs were issued with dance tickets by the Organising Secretary and all

taxes must be paid in by the next meeting,(e) ,Clubs failing to pay their Wine Tasting Tickets tax befor they play on this

This letter was duly discussed and it was found that the arguments submitted for the behaviour of Panthers spectators on Derby Day were groundless. Mr, Fourie admitted this and was reprimanded by the Chainjian.The question of the three officials who alledgedly advised Panthers to lodge protests as they wore ' not getting a fair deal from the Association was brought up. Executive members felt that it was imparativo that these culprits be named as they

a hazard to the Association. The officials of Panthers declined to mention who the hypocrites were and after it was decided to suspend the club

until the officials are named, Mr, R. Fourie dis­closed the names for the sake of the Panthers

players. The names mentioned were C.Dharsey,N. Schroeder and W. Crowie. As Mr. Dharsey was excused from the meeting earlier it was decided to persue the matter at the next Management Committee Meeting, Panthers must apologise to the Association in writing.

Mr. D Dunn - Clearance cards Barcelona United players.T.P.y.L. - Clearance oards Barcelona United players. From these letters it was apparent that there was misunderstanding regarding the management of the team. Officials of the T.P.S.L. who were present agreed that it was a domestic problem of the club. The Chairman requested that Mr. Dunn attempt to settle the dispute in the olubs meeting and should a solution not be found then the Association will assist in settling the matter. This was acceptable to all parties concerned.

( h ) Manchester United reporting that their match against Panthers were played on short time, TJie captains of both teams as well as the referee must report to the next Management Committee meeting. Messrs. L, Khan and F. Khan must also appear.

(i) Manchester United appealling for leniency regarding the fines imposed on the club as a result of mis­conduct on the part of Messrs. . Elliott, and Toufie., Due to the lateness it was decided to leave this letter in abeyance for the next Management Committee meeting, Mr. B. Jansen must report for giving conflicting evidence.
