    ! Caution

For Preventing Air-Bubble Problem This method should be applied when first chemicals poured at initial setup for preventing Air

    Bubble problem.

    1) Remove the drain-filter of DEV, FIX tanks. 2) About 200ml chemicals pour directly to the Nipple Hole of Drain Filter for filling in the hole

inner. 3) Please wait till when air-bubble discharging enough in hole inside. 4) Remaining chemicals poured in DEV, FIX tanks.

This method applied when initial setup of Developer or Fixer replenishing. If air bubble not removed enough, the following problems would happen. The circulation-pump not work, so that chemical temperature to be low or high. Fresh chemical can not replenished, so that the aging to be very fast, and image quality to be bad.

    E) Wash water supply. Supply of wash water is very important. If wash water pressure is too high it can

contribute to an overflow. The water level sensor of the JP-33 will automatically stop the water supply, prevent overflow.

Please check if the sensor is operating appropriately by moving float up and down The processor has an adjustable feature which when activated will automatically

fill wash tank on startup. This feature is to be used in areas where alga is a problem. In such areas, the user is recommended to drain processor daily and activate the automatic water refill to fill wash tank on start up.

    F) Please check for any leaks. If there is any chemical leakage, please find the point of leakage

immediately. Open drain valves and remove chemical contents from the tanks. Immediately contact your supplier for further instructions.
