GLASS PE PADDLESThis combination of a light fi berglass shaft and a tough fi ber-

glass reinforced Polyethylene (PE) blade is a great alternative

to heavy alloy paddles.

Due to the longitudinal structural reinforcements, the PE

blades are very light but also very stiff. They also feature a soft

rubber edge for protection.

Considerably stiffer as well as up to 5kg/11lbs lighter than many comparable boards out there. What

is the point of having a board that you can pack in a back pack if you can’t pick up that backpack

afterwards?

All our boards work great for the whole family. Soft pads cover the whole standing area making them

very comfortable.

Thanks to the infl atable technology you can‘t hurt yourself with the board. No matter if you might fall

on them or might get hit by them when tumbled in a wave.

They all come with a towing D-ring on the bottom of the nose (except RACAIR and RIVAIR) which works

great to tow them at low speeds - even if someone is sitting on them. ALLROUNDAIR 10‘2“, CRUISAIR,

This relatively short and wide, slightly more

wave oriented all-round board works well for

light fl at water beginners to wave experts.


The super stable all-round board works in all

conditions from fl at water to small surf, for

every rider from beginner to expert. New for

Same concept as the 4“ version with the

additional thickness for a higher volume and

rigidity. With the added rigidity along comes

The bigger CRUISAIR is both longer and wider than the

11‘4“ version with the same generous 6“ thickness

and great performance. The longer waterline ensures a

longer glide and better overall speed. The added stability

generated from the extra width and length will come in

Wide and stable outline combined with a rockered and

pointy piercing nose has proven itself in the craziest of the

paddleboard segments – the white water!

New on the 2015 RIVAIR are the additional grab handles for

safer transitions through the rougher sections of the white

water.

The RIVAIR features a quad setup with four 3,0“ short soft

fi ns (fi xed) so that it can go even through really shallow

water and be directional while you do not have to worry

When we came up with the infl atables, the windsurfers in our company were always

curious how they would feel as a windsurf boards. So, we decided to make a sample and

they liked it and saw some potential for these products. But the real surprise came when

the riders of the JP windsurf team used them: they really liked these toys and it was

obvious that they had a fun time on the water.

THE LIGHTEST BOARDS ON THE MARKET THAT COME WITH A DECK PAD

For 2015 we have some new features to our well known SURF and SURF WIDE BODY range. Apart from the fresh

graphic redesign that keeps the recognizable image of the JP-Australia boards we have a few completely new

shapes and a new technology.

The very popular SURF 8’6”x29” is a completely new board with a more radical outline, narrow nose and progres-

sive rocker shape that was proven to be a winner with the smaller sizes like the 8’0” and the 8’2”.

The whole range is based on radical surf board designs adapted and adjusted for the needs of SUP. Each size has

a specifi c bottom shape concept suited to the size. They are equipped with a narrower nose section, higher entry

and extra rocker for real surf board feeling. The more pulled-in pointy nose section does not limit the rider in

radical bottom turns as its combination with the fast scoop rocker line develops heaps of drive. Thin smooth rails

slice effortless through the water surface and provide amazing grip. This in combination with the accelerating tail

kick gives the boards an incredible loose ride. Our unique fi n angle concept has proved to be unmatched when it

comes down to speed necessary for either catching waves or busting aerials.

New for 2015 are the fi ns. In the PRO line the boards come with a full set of Resin Transfer Molded fi ns.

Another novelty to the SURF range is the 8’10”x30” which is now available in AST construction as well as in the

standard Wood and the PRO edition.

The whole range comes with an FCS plug in the nose to attach your GoPro camera. All boards come with a thruster

setup and also feature a mastfoot insert to attach a windsurf rig and are great windsurfi ng wave boards.

The PRO layup of our SURF and SURF WIDE BODY boards has no carbon as we believe that carbon makes the

boards too stiff for the surf. We have kept a natural fl ex pattern with strategic dual density sandwich layup and

optimizing of the fi ber direction. Importantly, our PRO boards are the lightest boards on the market that come

with a deck pad.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SURF AND SURF WIDE BODY

The SURF line is more aimed at bigger waves while the SURF WIDE BODYs work great in

smaller waves and beach breaks.

Depending on the size both concepts work for intermediates to experts.

RADICAL TURNS - GOOD STABILITY

The length of a board was always the limitation when riding beach breaks and steeper

sections. Therefore we worked on a board range that is very short, compact and has

the ability to carve super tight turns. We kept the stability you need in mind while

standing in the lineup and especially paddling your way out through the white water.

The shapes feature a fl at deck, especially in the standing area. The rails bevel off to

achieve the thin rail radius every rider dreams off during radical wave rides. Even

though the boards are rather wide they give you the feeling of using a “short board”.

The quad fi n setup supports the radical performance. Even when the board is fully

railed up you still have two fi ns driving you through the turns.

The bottom is equipped with a mono concave nose section running into a fl at V which

increases towards the tail for additional rail rocker.

The SURF WIDE BODY range is growing too. The 9’3”x32” is the new supersized

addition to the fun SURF WIDE BODY range. It keeps the thin railed, maneuverable

character of the smaller sized siblings in spite of its 146 liters of volume. The SURF

WIDE BODY 8’8”x32” is now also available in the clean and economical AST technology.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FUSION, ALLROUND AND WIDE BODY

All three are all-round boards which work great in fl at water and small to medium waves.

The ALLROUNDs are the fastest boards in a straight line because of their directional

stability.

The WIDE BODYs are the most stable boards, because of their width and are therefore the

best boards for beginners in fl at water and waves.

The FUSIONs are the most wave oriented out of the three.

THEY LOVE THE WAVESFor 2015 we have a fun little addition to the very successful

FUSION line; the 8’5”x30”. Just like the rest of the FUSIONs

it features a nice step deck which allows keeping lots of

volume while still having nice thin rails. This sleek design

carries the volume and width in all the right places for a

stable paddle platform.

The bottom shapes feature concaves throughout running

into a V towards the tail. The V in the tail helps to rail up

when going down a wave.

Their noses create effi cient lift and the thinned out rails

produce good bite during turns. Quite a bit of nose rocker

makes the shapes fi t well into the waves.

They are available in PRO, Wood Edition and in AST

technology. The 10’2” is also available as a Soft Deck

version. For this year we added the FCS plugs to the AST

line so they can be used in a thruster set up as well.

The FUSIONs have a really good glide and are happy in fl at

water paddling, but they love the waves.

UNLIMITED RANGE OF USEBased on classic long board designs the ALLROUNDs are the perfect combination of easy paddling, stability and maneuverability.

The narrow tail, in combination with increased V, makes them very loose and responsive. A fl at deck curve gives the rider

confi dence when paddling and the stability needed to cross the breaking waves. The smooth bottom curve provides good

glide and, in combination with the increasing tail kick, easy turning for wave action. Great shapes that suit all riding styles in

most conditions. We also have a new board in the ALLROUND range. The 10’6”x30” is a performance oriented longboard-style

paddleboard. We introduced the step deck concept in this model as well to maximize the stability and performance.

TOUR & SURFTrying to combine the impossible is never easy. Making a board that will have a

good glide, stability and be a solid surf board was no walk in the park. The subtle

GIRL POWERWe have a Venus 8’10’’ which is a dedicated surf SUP shape with a narrower

nose section, with higher entry and extra rocker. Towards the back the board has

a pulled-in outline with increased V.

This board is for the advanced SUP surfer girls who will enjoy the vertical turns

and surfboard style ripping that the 8’10” offers!

The 9’8” is a surfy-all-round shape that performs equally well in the surf as

well as in the directional paddling from light weight beginners to performance

surfers. It features a single concave throughout running into a V towards the tail.

The 10’6” is a classic longboard style board that offers great directional

performance as well as the cool and easy fi rst steps in the world of SUP surfi ng.

The 10’0” with the generous 179 liters and 33.5” width is a great beginner board

for all SUP styles out there and especially for the SUP yoga as it offers a great

platform for even the most demanding poses.

The whole range comes with a FCS plug in the nose to attach a GoPro camera.

They also come with a mastfoot insert to attach a windsurf rig.

RACE & SPORTSTER 2015 We developed two new “late additions” to the 2014 race board range - the 12’6”x28” and 14’0”x27” which remain unchanged for 2015. Due to the unique bottom and rocker shape these racing machines can easily handle any rough conditions, so we decided not to limit them with the name “fl at water” and we simply call them RACE. We followed the same principles in development of the narrow versions - the 12’6”x25” and the 14’0”x24.5” - and continue with the distinguished narrow outline and the proven sharp piercing nose.

This creates a smooth water fl ow along the entire board length as the sharp piercing nose cuts the water’s surface and displaces it at the same time.

To avoid drag where the piercing nose transforms into a fl at bottom shape we developed a new concept which continues to displace the water almost all the way towards the tail.Displacing water only works with a round cross section. Stability would suffer tremendously. Therefore we had to come up with a unique cross section shape.

It has a round center part with fl at sections towards the rail almost pronounced like bevels.

We also worked on the volume distribution to guarantee perfect water position. While paddling the piercing nose just cuts a few centimeters below the water surface and the tail releases right on top of the water without any drag or turbulences. This way we can

take the advantage of the longest possible water line without losing any speed.

We took out some volume in the nose section to make the board less sensitive to

side winds but continued with the proven feature of the domed deck.

This feature is effective in all conditions, if the nose gets pushed

under water it will pop out immediately displacing the water as it runs off instantly

and the board is able to continue without being submerged.

The standing area features a sunk-in cockpit with reduced side walls. This deck shape

allows the water to fl ow off the board immediately without the use of

drain pipes.

The narrow version of the 12’6” race board features a unique bottom shape. To increase stability the round displacement bottom fl ows into a fl at V-bottom right before the standing area. Besides this, the overall bottom curve is slightly increased to make the board more forgiving in open waters and offer better tail release for heavier guys. This racing machine will be hard to beat in the 12’6” class.

The RACE OPEN OCEAN models will be your fi rst choice for open ocean races or downwind runs due to the curved rocker line which is designed to take advantage of the open ocean swells. It must be easy to catch a wave and connect easily to the next one.The construction of all the RACE boards remains the full deck and bottom carbon wrap for the ultimate in light construction and performance.

New features on 2015 models will be the grab handles instead of the built in handles for even lower weight as the built in handles carry unnecessary 200 grams of water around with you.

All the 12’6” models have two additional handle side positions for beach starts and the board comes with two handles. The 14’0” comes with one handle position.

Utilizing all the most cutting edge features of modern day SUP Racing, these are dedicated race boards - the perfect tool for winners!
