This playground is designed to encourage you to encompass your dreams, make them become a reality. Or you can use it just to sketch, make fun using the challenges or to test your friends by asking them quote-based questions.

Beware: playing on this ground needs a lot of training, admitting limiting beliefs and patterns, and accepting your thoughts without judgment to free yourself from stress, pain and lack of fun.

Are you still here? Ok, I'm going to guess - correct me if I'm wrong. You are reading this because you`re far away from what you planned in the past or:

• You`re 100% determined to break off the existent way of living (you wish yourdreams to come true).

• You can’t imagine how much action is needed and how to get out of yourcomfort zone.

• You`ve nothing funnier to do at the moment :).[I hope I`m wrong about the last one and you just want to use this planner to ease your daily routine.]

Yes? Ok, how about this one: ''Do I think I can start living my dreams by reading this material?'' Sorry, but I don’t think so. Why not?

Massive actions are needed if you want to start enjoying your life through living your dreams again. The good news is you can feel those actions as a relaxing daily training or candies or kisses or ... whatever you love.

The next incentive feeds can help you. You might feel the needed actions are no big deal if you focus on the result (your dream) instead of focusing on the work you need to accomplish.

• What if you start living your dreams (imagine you do)? How do you feel?

• What if you could let go off your limiting beliefs and become a person you'vealways dreamed? Are you ready to feel this? Well?

HOW TO USE

Use it as you like. This playground provides many independent parts to play as a solid reality building point.

When I built this playground book, I collected the issues that were important for me. I found lots of passion in observing ''my dreams'' and making them a reality. Some of them where set brilliantly, others failed or have changed over time.

However, I used to make notes on little stickers and later I realized they were lying all over the place. And I continued that way. It was good, but it could be done better.

Like this note-to-dream workbook.

Probably I'm going to use it in the following way (but cannot guarantee that's the perfect way; not even for me):

1. My dreams & challenges: warm up before training. Make your mind work for you. Irecommend you write all of the checkpoints with pencil, so you can modify them more easily later.

2. Month (once per month): a little stretching. Whenever something big crosses yourmind as a reminder, you can write it down here (write a great idea and what you want to do). I recommend you use monthly layouts to compare them with the layouts from months before (what`ve you done with that great idea from last month?).

3. Today's note: training is getting serious. You practice challenges I set for you. Irecommend this training once per period (week).

4. Week: brain muscle training with quotes. Evaluate today`s joy, think about a quoteand write it down, do something to increase/share daily joy. Divide monthly checkpoints in daily “to-do marks”.

5. Reminders I: checkpoints about your trainings. Continue observing and filling the formduring the period.

6. Reminders II: extra checkpoints to improve training observation. Write best incentivesfor fulfilling your dreams and celebrate as much as possible (don’t wait for tomorrow, it might never come).

7. Reminders III: first match. Make Test yourself at the beginning and again later toobserve the improvements.

There is 100% guarantee it won’t work if you keep waiting for a miracle. You are a miracle. It’s up to you to renew your life`s passion and your dreams.

Do what excites you and don’t wait.It’s nothing wrong if your goals change, if your heart wants to be unique, if higher

force leads you. As far as you act from the hearth, follow you inner voice and do what excites you in a moral way, you are synchronized with your dreams.

Many monthly challenges are taken from the board game The One. In the game ''challenges'' represent cards which give a player a task to resolve in order to progress and satisfy a Bright force (it's a special role in the game).

It seems a challenge is likely accepted when shown as a part of a funny issue. In the game, a challenge can be spread on all players, so everyone deals with the funny issue and the momentum strives to take a subconscious way of challenging one's identity or behavior.
