Ponder this definition: Humility is that grace that, when you know you have it, you have lost itWhen all you can talk about is the fact of “your” humility, then guest what…You just lost what little you had of it!! Your humility should be spoken of by all who is affected from it; not at all by you!!!!!!

bonds of peace”The lack of those characteristics means: fussing, fighting & lack of unity within the Body of Believers (The Church)

1 Cor. 1:10 “I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no division among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought”There is a difference between having oppos- ing viewpoints and being divisive. A group of people will not completely agree on every issue, but they can work together harmon- iously if they agree on what truly matters—Jesus Christ is Lord

1. By that One Spirit…1 Cor.12:13a“For we were all baptized by one Spirit into one body…”The church is composed of many types of people from a variety of backgrounds with a multitude of gifts and abilities. All believers are baptized by one Holy Spirit into one body of believers, The Church. We don’t lose our individual identities, but we have a overriding one- ness in Christ.



1. By that One Spirit… a) Hope in Christ…1 Jn. 3:2,3

“Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when He appears, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. Everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure”The Christian life is a process of becoming more and more like Christ. This process will not be complete until we see Christ face to face, but knowing that it is our ultimate destiny should motivate us to purify ourselves



1. By that One Spirit… b) One “Lord”; One “Faith” & Directions

Jn. 14:6 “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me”C. The Ability to live a worthy life (Eph. 4:7-10)

Eph. 4:7 “But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportion- ed it”We’re all different but with individual specialties granted through Christ

a) As a result of His death…Col. 2:15“And having disarmed the powers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross”He reigns supreme because of His over- coming death’s hold!!! This has been granted to us to be overcomers..

—how I know— By the end results of what I am to do. I asked God to allow me to stand before His people and speak in ways that His people would understand. It would not be enough just for me to be up front unless there is glory for God’s purpose through me being there. When you learn through God’s use of me; my calling is worthy of my life...—Thank-u-4-receiving—
