Joshua completed his contract with professionalism, care for his work, and efficiency. He had a strong rapport with students and parents. In fact, his students were very attached to him. Even when he moved on from Poly School, he has kept in touch regularly since. One of Joshua's most memorable contributions to the school was the extensive work he put into coaching his speech and debate students. Several of his students went on to compete in national competitions. Joshua is a dedicated teacher with very high teaching standards for excellence and promoting higher thinking. Joshua was able to adapt his methods to be age and content appropriate for kindergarten through middle school students, depending upon his schedule. He was an integral part of staff, as someone who has both a talent for teaching and a thorough understanding of content areas. He helped his students develop a passion for their own education. I know that he will continue to be an excellent educator wherever he may go. Sincerely,
