In 2008, I co-founded Apple Jam Music Festival, a three-day music and arts festival in the Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon. By 2015, our attendance was approximately 5,000 people. The full production included two music stages, 17 artists, 40 food/beverage/crafts vendors, nearly 100 volunteers, and 20 paid staff.
