INT. CLINIC - PREP ROOM - EVENING1.

A faint but constant beeping, like that of a heart monitor, pulses throughout the medical clinic. Getting slightly louder, and louder with each beep.

The clinic is an old, with a 1970s wood paneling style. The outdated fixtures, furniture, and decor scream old creepy dentist office.

DR. SOPHIA ANDRADE (35) beautiful, Latina, confident, determined, dressed in clean surgical scrubs, and a white surgical cap stands at a medical prep counter.

She pumps soap onto her hands from a soap dispenser and meticulously scrubs her hands with a tooth brush.

She dries her hands with the a paper towel, and carefully puts on a pair of latex gloves.

Sophia opens a cabinet drawer. Inside is an assortment of surgical instruments sorted by size from largest to smallest. Everything neatly in its proper place.

Sophia rips off her gloves, turns on the water full blast, pumps soap into her hands, and scrubs her hands furiously.

She carefully dries off her hands, making certain they are completely dry and puts on another pair of latex gloves.

She takes a moment to calm herself.

Removes a syringe, vial, and a scalpel from the drawer and places it neatly on the tray.

Sophia prepares the needle and carefully places it next to the scalpel on the tray. She puts on her surgical mask, picks up the tray and exits the room.

INT. CLINIC - EXAM ROOM - CONTINUOUS2.

A YOUNG GIRL lies on the exam table, droggy, eyes half open, wearing a surgical mask and cap, is covered with a surgical blanket.

A bright surgeons light illuminates her right abdomen area that has be prepped for surgery. The beeping from the heart monitor echos off the walls.

Sophia, enters, places the tray down on the table and sits. She grabs the needle from the tray and injects its contents into the YOUNG Girls abdomen.

The girl winces from the needle. Her eyes flutter, then close.

Sophia places the syringe back on the tray, and picks up the scalpel.

She places the blade on the young girls skin and begins her incision.

The sound of flesh being cut open. The blood oozing out from the incisions.

Sophia pulls open the incision with both hands, pushing her hand into the young girls body.

The beeping sound speeds up,The young girls eyes wince, the sound of flesh being ripped open.

FADE TO BLACK.
