JORGE SANTANA BAND RIDER 1. Every point of this rider must be met by promoter here-by known as “Purchaser or Buyer”. If there are to be any changes, they must be made with the approval of BAND Management. If changes are not cleared or points not met, then BAND is within it’s legal right to cancel out of proposed or contracted event at any point. Purchaser must initial each one of the items listed below when agreed upon by Purchaser. 2. “STAGE” must be 60 feet wide by 45 feet deep and 6 feet high. 3. “STAGE RISERS”. TWO stage risers for Drums, and Percussion are needed. Each is to be 8 feet wide by 8 feet long. Risers should be at least 24 inches high. 4. “LOAD IN” will be at approx. 4:pm for Concert and Club dates. 5. When local Transportation is to be handled by the Purchaser and they do not 100% fulfill their commitments to transport the group and all equipment, purchaser shall pay for all transportation costs arranged by Tour Manager. Tour Manager shall show proof of expenses to purchaser and purchaser shall then reimburse group for travel expenses. 6. “DRESSING ROOMS” (TWO) comfortable dressing rooms with privacy adjoining the stage with a Security person must be provided by the purchaser. Dressing Rooms must be secured while group is performing on stage. (NO ONE IS TO ENTER ROOMS). 7. “ONE DOZEN TOWELS” are to be provided in dressing rooms and on Stage prior to performance. 8. “Deli trays”, salads, breads, and an assortment of fresh fruits are to be placed in dressing rooms prior to bands arrival. 9. “BOTTLED WATER”, COFFE, ENERGY DRINKS, fruit juices, bottles of Snapple, along with an assortment of soft drinks are to be placed in Band’s Hospitality room upon Band’s arrival. WATER ON STAGE IS A MUST…. 10. “A HOT MEAL” is to be provided and served to musicians and road crew. Meal shall be ready after soundcheck or 2 hours prior to performance. (10) meals are to be provided. Cold sandwiches are not considered a Hot Meal. 11. When Back line is to be provided by Purchaser and is not up to professional standards or if the proper band equipment agreed upon is not furnished, then Tour Manager will be reimbursed for any rental of equipment for show needed. A receipt to Purchaser by Tour Manager for such expenses incurred will be given to Purchaser who will then take care of any rental bill. Page 1

12. “MERCHANDISING”. MERCHANDISING UNIT must be allowed to sell all ofBAND’s Merchandise, at the event. (2ea.) 3x8 foot tables withchairs will be provided by the venue or Purchaser. No more then 20% of gross Merchandise sales shall be negotiated between BAND Merchandising and Purchaser or Venues. If 20% is

14. “PURCHASER” shall not commit the group’s appearance on any and all media interviews unless cleared by Management.

15. “SOUND MIX”. Band’s Sound Engineer when traveling with the group shall and must mix for all of BANDS shows.

16. “GUESTS”. BAND members and crew shall be allowed a minimal of (2) guestseach per show date. ( approx. 20 passes).

*** 17. “DATE DEPOSITS” a 50% deposit is required to hold a date on calendar. Balance of all fees contracted must be paid in full, in cash, to Tour Manager 1 hour prior to performance. (NO EXCEPTIONS) BAND will not perform until all Fees are paid in full. No checks shall be excepted unless first negotiated with Band Management in advance.

*** 18. No one has the right to record THE BAND’s show without Management’s s consent. Even if consent is given, no public use of the performance without Management’s consent. If recorded buyer gives Band Management copy of their performance.

19. Hotels: DO NOT book the band into Motel Six, Super 8’s, Economy, or anyother Motel’s of this class. Also Hotel should be within walking distance of a 24-hour family restaurant.

20. BAND members can meet & greet and sign autographs at theirMerchandise Booth after their performance.
