JOINT-AFFIDAVIT OF

TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, OLIVA CODILLA and PIO MAJUCA, both of legal age, Filipino citizens, and residents of Pasig, Claveria, Masbate, respectively, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law depose and say:

1. That we personally know LARRY ARREGLO, a son of Spouses Vivencio C. Arreglo and Teresita P. Arreglo, because he is our nephew. His mother being our cousin;

2. That we also know the fact that his full name is LARRY PIADOPO ARREGLO and that his date of birth is on January 9, 1961 as reflected in his birth certificate. A copy of his birth certificate is herein attached as Annex A, and he has been using the name LARRY PIADOPO ARRELGO and birthday date January 9, 1961 in his personal documents;

3. That we are attesting to the fact that LARRY P. ARREGLO as registered with the Social Security System is one and the same person as the LARRY PIADOPO ARREGLO referred to in the birth certificate hereto attached;

4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and for whatever legal purpose this may serve and we claim no interest, whatsoever arising from the same.

Affiant further sayeth naught.
