Purpose: This manual provides information that you need to know with respect to Zensar Joining Process Portal. It explains features and options and contains the concepts, processes, procedures, formats, tasks and examples that you need to use.

Audience: The manual is will help New Joiners to understand the details that they need to furnish on the Joining Process Portal.

Introduction

The purpose of this document is to help New Joiners to understand the Joining Process involved at Zensar and how to fill the details and submit it online. This process is completely automated for the Employee ID creation at Zensar.

This document will discuss in detail

The Joining Portal Link Access. Details that you need to fill based on your Joining Location. Do’s and Don’ts.

The Joining Portal Access Link

The Joining Portal Access link is shared to a candidate who has successfully completed his interviews and who has accepted the Offer Made by Zensar’s Recruitment Team.

Once you have accepted the Offer Made by Zensar the HR Team will send you a the Joining Portal Access Link and credentials through an official email from Zensar Recruitment Team.

Step 1: Once you click on the link sent to your personal email id the following page will open.

Step 2: Enter the User ID and Password in the section marked in red that is shared on your personal Email ID from Zensar’s HR Recruitment Team.

Details to be filled based on your Joining Location

Candidates are categorized based on the location they join. Zensar operates majorly in the following locations

India

USA

UK

Singapore

South Africa

And other parts of the world though in small numbers, so if you are joining any of the above locations then you will be categorized under this section and joining formalities apply based on the above location. However if you do not belong to any of the above locations then you will be categorized under RoW (Rest of the World section).

As mentioned previously based on your joining location the Joining Process Portal is designed with different forms based on Joining Location.

It is imperative that you enter correct information in the Joining Process Portal.

The Joining Process Portal has three form sections

Candidate Details Section

Candidate Resume Section

Candidate Contacts Section

The Form Section is generic to all locations; however the form fields may vary based on the Joining Location.

Each of the Sections are explained in detail.

To initiate filling the form on the Joining Process Portal follow these steps

Step 1: To fill details on the Candidate Details Section, on the Home Page click on the Candidate menu as shown below.

Step 3: This will load the candidate details sections with three sub sections.

Step 4: The Three sub sections under Candidate Details section are

Personal

Professional and

Other Details

Step 5: Fill each of the sub sections carefully and save the record.

Note: if you are fresher in Professional Sub Section for the Field Total Experience and Relevant Experience just input 0 yrs of experience as shown

Step 6: Once you have saved all the three sub sections under Candidate details, click on the Resume menu on the home page as shown below

Step 7: Here you can attach your latest Resume and Photo.

Step 8: Click on Next button once you have attached your Resume & Photo.

Step 9: Now Click on Contact section to fill contact details as shown.

Step 10: Once you have completed all the Three Sections (Candidate Details, Resume & Contact details) you can preview the details and log out of the portal.

Note: if you wish to edit any information you can login to the portal with same credentials and edit desired details, the period for editing will be till actual joining date; once you join the Zensar the link will be deactivated automatically.

Do’s and Don’ts

Always browse the Joining Process Portal Link on Internet Explorer version 6, 7 & 8

Never share your credential to any individual.

Keep all necessary document handy while filling in the form.

Do not refresh the page when you see a message like “please wait in process”.

In case you forget the credential to the portal, contact your Zensar HR SPOC.

Enter valid information as all the information you enter will be verified on the day of joining.

While uploading your latest resume, make sure the file format is of RTF or Doc or Docx or PDF other formats will not be supported.

While uploading your photo, make sure the size is 2’ * 2’ and less than 2Mb and in any one of the file format JPEG or PNG or GIF.

Glossary

NRIC: National Registration Identity Card applicable for Singapore candidates.

TFN: Tax File Number, applicable for South Africa candidates.

SSN: Social Security Number, applicable for USA candidates.

NI: National Insurance Number, applicable for UK candidates.

PAN: Permanent Account Number, applicable for India candidates.

ECNR: Emigration Clearance Not Required, applicable for all region candidates.

PF: Provident Fund applicable for India candidates only.
