Verbal reasoning“Verifyverbalreasoning”isdesignedtomeasureyourabilitytoevaluatethelogicofvariouskindsofargumentaspresentedinwrittenform.Thetestmeasuresacandidate’sabilitytodeterminethesupportforconclusionsdrawnusingcontentthattypifiesavarietyofworksettings.

MS WordTheMicrosoftWord2007Essentialsassessmentevaluatesyourexperienceofusingtemplatestocreatenewdocuments,savingdocumentswritteninpreviousversionsofWordforotherusers,printingandviewingdocuments,creating,organisingandformattingtables,paragraphs,fontstyles,graphics,bulletedandnumberedlistsandusingmailmergefeaturestocreatedocumentsformassmailings.

MS ExcelTheMicrosoftExcel2007Essentialsassessmentevaluatesyourexperienceofsortingandfilteringdata,enteringbasicformulas,modifyingcellformattingandcontent,insertingandlabellingcharts,usingtemplates,savingworkbookswritteninearlierversionsofExcelandmanagingworkbooksandworksheets.Thetestutilisesasimulationformatandconsistsofthe20mostimportant,mostfrequentlyperformedtasks.

Theassessmentweuseatthesecond-stageinterviewisasfollows.

Theoccupationalpersonalityquestionnaire(OPQ)OPQ32isoneofthemostwidelyusedmeasuresofbehaviouralstyleintheworld.Itprovidesdetailedinformationon32specificpersonalitycharacteristicsthatunderpinanindividual’sbehaviouratworkandtheirperformanceagainstkeycompetencies.Unlikeotherpersonalityquestionnaires,theOPQisanoccupationalmodelofpersonalitydesignedsolelyforuseinabusinessenvironment.

Forthesecond-stageinterviewyouwillbeinvitedtoourheadquartersinNyon,Switzerland.Thisstageismuchmorein-depth:itwillbuildonthefirststage,exploringinmoredetailyourskillsandexperiencelinkedtotheposition.Dependingontherole,oursecond-stageinterviewstructurecanvary,butitwillnormallyinclude:

• aone-hourinterviewwiththeRecruitingManagerandHRBusinessPartner;

• a30-minuteassessment–atechnicalexerciseorpresentation,forexample;

• a30-minuteinterviewwithamemberoftheseniormanagementteamoftheunitordivision.

WewillalsoprovidemoreinformationonUEFAanditsactivitiesasitsimportantforusthatyouleavehavingallthenecessaryinformationtomaketherightdecisiononyournextcareermove.

Regardlessofyourlocation,weholdallfirst-stageinterviewsviaSkype.Thisensuresfairnessandconsistencyinourrecruitmentprocesstoallcandidateslocatedbothlocallyandinternationally,andmakesforamuchmoreinteractivediscussion,ensuringyouareabletobestpresentyourselfatthisstage.Skypeinterviewsgenerallylast25–30minutes.
