Sample Day -by-D ay I t inerary

Day 1, May 13, 2012: Depart Boston Board a transatlantic flight bound for Poland. Dinner served on board. Day 2, May 14, 2012: Tyniec - Krakow Upon arrival at Krakow Airport you will be greeted by your tour director. We board our deluxe motorcoach and depart for Tyniec where we will enjoy a guided tour of the Benedictine monastery lo-cated on a picturesque rock above the Vistula River. The first Benedictines ar-rived here around the mid-11th century making the Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec the oldest existing monastery in Poland. We celebrate Mass at the Abbey fol-lowed by free time for lunch. We con-tinue on to our hotel where we will enjoy time to refresh. This eve-ning enjoy welcome dinner and a show at a local restaurant. Day 3, May 15, 2012: Czestochow & Krakow After breakfast, we travel to Czestochowa, where we will celebrate Mass and visit Jasna Gora Monastery with the Black Madonna pic-ture. One of the most important places of religious worship in the Christian world, with tradition of pilgrimages that goes back to the 14th century. Our Holy Father has frequently visited Jasna Gorna Monastery, known as the Shrine of the Black Madonna. We cele-brate Mass at the Pauline Monastery and venerate the priceless treasures contained within, including the Miraculous Icon. We re-turn to Krakow to explore the Wawel Cathedral, Coronation Chapel and the Royal Chambers where a superb collection of Arras tapes-tries is on view. We continue on to Market Square with St. Mary's Church where you may pray before the extraordinary Wit Stwosz altar. The surroundings of the square have remained unchanged for almost 700 years and contain buildings of historic value such as St. Mary’s Church with the famous wooden altar, the Town Hall Tower, the Cloth Hall and the. burgher’s houses. Dinner and overnight in Krakow. Day 4, May 16, 2012: Auschwitz After breakfast we depart for our visit to Auschwitz, the notorious Nazi concentration camp. We will see the cell that imprisoned St. Maximillian Kolbe and the Martyrdom Museum recalling the horrors of the Holocaust. After free time for lunch we return to Krakow to enjoy a free afternoon to explore Krakow before dinner and over-night. Day 5, May 17, 2012: Krakow – Zakopane – Budapest After breakfast we depart for Zakopane, a resort village nestled in the splendor of the Tatras region. This afternoon we take a cable car ride to the nearby mountaintop for extraordinary views. We in-vite you to follow a short distance on one of John Paul II's walking trails of the Zakopane region, a beautifully situated place within Tatras Mountains in the valley between Gubalowka and Giewont. Zakopane and its vicinity is something of a mountain folklore re-serve, with many pearls of typical wooden architecture. We arrive in Budapest in time for dinner and overnight. Day 6, May 18, 2012: Budapest After breakfast we will tour the older section of the city. After cele-brating Mass at the 13th-century Cathedral of St. Matthew, we will see the Citadel on Mount Gellert, the Royal Castle, Fisherman's Bastion, the Parliament, Heroes' Square, and the Church of St. Stephen. Dinner and overnight. Day 7, May 19, 2012: Budapest –Vienna After breakfast we depart for Vienna, where we will enjoy a Guided Tour and Mass at Saint Martin's Archabbey, Pannolhalma Hungary . After lunch we motor through the lush Austrian countryside to Vi-enna, Austria's capital. We'll have time for Viennese pastry and coffee before seeing Dinner and overnight. Day 8, May 20, 2012: Vienna After breakfast we will celebrate Mass at St. Stephen's Cathedral, an imposing structure dating to the 13th century. Following Mass

we will visit Prince Eugene's Belvedere Palace and the seemingly endlessHofburg Palace. Drive around the Ring, one of the most magnificent boulevards in the world, passing the Vienna Opera, Museums, House of Parliament, City Hall, and the Burg theater. Dinner and overnight in Vienna. Day 9, May 21, 2012: Excursion to Mariazell After breakfast we visit Schonbrunn Palace. This sprawling, royal 'summer house' has 1,441 rooms including a Hall of Mirrors where Mozart performed at the age of six before a young Marie Antoin-ette. Next we motor west through Austria to Mariazell. We will visit the basilica and shrine which are located at the center of town. In-side, the miraculous statue is housed in the Lady Chapel or Chapel of Miracles, which stands directly over the place where Magnus established his monastic cell in 1157. We return to Vienna for din-ner and overnight. Day 10, May 22, 2012: Vienna – Melk - Salzburg After breakfast we motor west through Austria to Melk. We will visit the Austrian Benedictine Abbey, and one of the world's most fa-mous monastic sites. We arrive in Salzburg in time for dinner and overnight. Day 11, May 23, 2012: Salzburg After breakfast, our full day tour begins with Mass at Saint Peter's Churchyard. Salzburg is compact and best explored on foot. Nar-row, winding lanes and secluded passageways are evidence of its medieval roots. The heritage of the Catholic Church is evident in the Archbishop's Residence and the decoration of the State Rooms, available for viewing. Visit the mighty Romanesque Cathe-dral, the Nonnberg Convent of Benedictine nuns, and the Fortress Hohensalzburg. We stop at Hellbrunn Palace to enjoy its gardens and hidden trick fountains. Dinner and overnight. Day 12, May 24, 2012: Salzburg - Nurnberg – Prague After breakfast we depart for Nurnberg, where we will visit the Old town, the former Nazi Party Rally Grounds and The Nuremberg War Crime Trials Courthouse. After lunch we continue our scenic motorcoach ride to the enchanting city of Prague, a city of domed rooftops, soaring steeples, and countless spires. Dinner and over-night. Day 13, May 25, 2012: Prague After breakfast, we begin our tour of beautiful Prague. We will cele-brate Mass at the Church of Our Lady Victorious and see there the renowned statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague. We visit Old Town by way of Golden Lane and then go to the Lesser Town to see the medieval Charles Bridge that is adorned with many baroque stat-ues. We will also see St. Nicholas Church, the Astronomic Clock, and the Prague Castle district where we tour St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George Basilica, Loreto Church, Strahov Monastery, and Wenceslas Square. Dinner and overnight. Day 14, May 26, 2012: Prague - USA We depart from Prague Airport for our return flights to the USA.

arising. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Once a deposit or partial/full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancel-lation is received. In addition to a $300 per person administration fee, the following charges apply if a cancellation is made before departure (per

person of total tour price): 60 - 46 days prior to departure 10% 45 - 21 days prior to departure 50%

20 - 03 days prior to departure 80% 02 days prior to departure or less no refund

Additionally, once tickets are issued (approximately 4-6 weeks prior to departure) the ticket value is non-refundable. Requests for a refund must be in writing (mail, fax or e-mail). Phone calls can not be used as a form of

cancellation. It is the individual’s responsibility to confirm 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages' receipt of cancellations regardless of their form. Re-funds will be issued within 30 to 60 days of receipt and pending return of

airline tickets and receipt of written notice of cancellation. Refunds for

payments made by credit card are subject to an additional 3.5% fee. No change of names or substitutions are permitted. No refund or cancellation

fees will be waived due to death or sickness. TRAVEL GUARD TRAVEL

INSURANCE 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages strongly suggests the

purchase of Traveler's Insurance. Travel Guard Insurance offers a waiver of pre-existing conditions if insurance is purchased at the time of deposit. Travelers insurance can not be purchased after your trip is paid in full. Travel

Guard Traveler's Insurance is available through 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages. Travel Insurance premiums are non-refundable. 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages will automatically bill all passengers for traveler's insurance

reason 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages will refund your losses in cash in full (not including the insurance and cancel protection premi-ums). You MUST select this option at the time of booking and it must

be paid with your deposit. You MUST purchase standard travel insurance in order to purchase the cancel for any reason protection

plan (unless you are a NYresident). AIR TRANSPORTATION Air transportation is in economy class on IATA-approved carriers. Ticket-ing must be completed no later than 14 days prior to departure. Fares

are based on levels in effect at the time of printing and prices and schedules are subject to change without notice. All travel is subject to the airlines terms of carriage. 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages is not

responsible for any cancellations, loss, delays, injury, illness, or expenses incurred due to actions made by the airlines. For any issues

in our tour packages unless otherwise indicated. Airport taxes are based on departure city and government fees which are subject to change until tickets are issued (airport taxes include Federal Inspection

Fees for the U.S. Customs and Immigration; International Air Trans-portation Tax; Agricultural tax; security fees, and other airport related taxes). Airport taxes are collected at the time of final payment and

paid to the airlines on your behalf at the time of ticketing. Please note that unless airline ticket has been paid for & issued, airport taxes are

subject to change. SEAT ASSIGNMENT Random seats are assigned for all group participants. If you would like to secure a specific seat, or sit with a

travel companion please advise us of such request at the time of booking, we will make an effort to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee. If you must have specific seat we recommend you to

be at the airport at least three hours prior to departure and arrange the seat assignment with your airline's gate agent. Bulkhead and exit row

seating can never be requested prior to the day of departure. 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages can never guarantee specific seats, which are at the discretion of the airline & are pending availability, subject to

seat map changes LAND ONLY Transfers are NOT included in Land Only costs. From time to time, a tour may be canceled due to non-materialization. If you chose to purchase a Land Only package

and arrange your own domestic or international flight independently of us, be advised that 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages is not responsible for domestic or international flights or transfers of any kind. Booked

or purchased items outside of 206tours are sole responsibility of client. TRANSFERS Our programs include group round-trip transfers.

Pilgrims or passengers who did not purchase "all-inclusive tour" or who purchased land only package and are arriving or leaving inde-pendently must transfer at their own expense. Expenses incurred for

transfers due to lateness of flights are at the expense of the passenger and may be claimed for reimbursement from the airlines. No smoking is allowed on motor coach. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS Hotel

accommodations are based on twin-bedded or double rooms. 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages reserves the right to substitute similar

category hotels without prior notice. In some hotels triple accommoda-tion is possible, however, no reduction in cost is available for triple rooms. A limited number of single rooms are also available at a

supplemental rate. PRIVATE ROOMS and SINGLE 

SUPPLEMENT A limited number of single rooms is available (on request basis only) at the supplement price. Single rooms provide

privacy, but they are in some hotels smaller than twin or double rooms and sometimes may be poorly located, especially in the older hotels.

As a general ratio we are able to confirm 10% of the total number of group participants in single rooms. If ratio is higher special supple-ments may be implemented for something referred to "single in double

room" at an additional rate to the single supplement rate listed. If passengers are traveling alone and wish to have 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages assign a roommate we will do our best, however, if if

we do not succeed in assigning a same sex roommate a single supple-

ment fee will be applied. MEALS Most trips includes two meals per day (breakfast and dinners) which are served at your hotel or local

restaurants. Beverages are not included with dinners where not indi-cated. In case you chose not to have a meal, there is no refund for

unused meals. Although we cannot guarantee, we will try and accom-modate each special meal request on flights as well as at hotels. Please advise of such a request at the time of booking. We can not guarantee

that special meal/diet requests can be met. BAGGAGE Each tour participant is permitted to bring one checked suitcase, one small carry on bag, and one personal item (i.e. purse, laptop case). In general, the

airlines permit 1 checked bag. Please check with your specific airline to verify the size and weight allowances. 206 Tours / Seven Seas

providing transportation, sightseeing arrangements and hotel accom-modations for the tour program are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages. All

coupons, receipts and tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions specified by suppliers. By utilizing the service of the

suppliers, you agree that 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages will not be liable for any change in flight or itinerary schedule, strikes, delay, acts of governments, fires, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine,

medical or customs regulations, accident, loss, injury, or damage to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommoda-tions, transportation or any other services or resulting directly or

indirectly from any occurrence or conditions beyond its control, includ-

ing defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, thefts, delay or cancel-lation of or changes in itinerary for any act, omission, or event during the time you are on board the aircraft. Neither 206 Tours / Seven Seas

Voyages and/or agents of the airlines concerned are to be held responsi-ble for the late arrival of passengers at airports or hotels due to inclement

weather, nor are they to be held liable for payment or any refund for transfers or unused hotel accommodations or meals occasioned by such late arrivals at the hotels holding rooms as confirmed itineraries. Passen-

gers must bear all such losses or expenses. To guard against unforeseen health or other circumstances, we recommend you purchase our optional travel insurance. 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages is not responsible for

circumstances beyond its control. In circumstances where trip cancella-tions resulting from the inability for trip to depart as scheduled, such as

cancellations due to acts of war and/or terrorism, war, God, or nature takes place, 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages is not liable for restitution. Though every effort will be made to follow the itinerary, it should be

considered as an indication of the tour, rather than a contract of places to be visited. Occasionally local religious holidays, national days, traffic conditions and other events may necessitate changes in the sequence of

visits or the missing of certain visits. We will have daily mass and strive to be in places as indicated. However, sometimes this is not possible as

the site may not be available for Mass or itinerary changes are forced upon us. In this case an alternative site for Mass will be arranged. SPECIAL MEDICAL CONDITIONS You must report any disability

requiring special attention to 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages at the time of registration for any tour. We make every effort to accommodate disabled passengers by reserving for them wheelchair assistance at

airports and handicap accessible rooms where available, however, we cannot guarantee and are not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Be aware that

all of our tours are operated outside the U.S. where the Americans with Disabilities Act is not applicable and facilities for disabled individuals

are limited. Most transportation services, including the touring motor coaches, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to any tour participant for

walking, dining, while in their room, on flight, getting on and off motor coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion(s) must accompany travelers who need

special assistance. It is the passenger's responsibility to arrange for such assistance prior to making their reservations. Motorized scooters are

unsuitable and impossible to accommodate. 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages is not responsible for any medical condition that occurs prior, during or after the tour. Additionally, airlines are not able to guarantee or

provide assistance for disabled travelers including special seating. Preg-nancy, Breast-Feeding, and Travel Pregnant women considering interna-tional travel should be advised to evaluate the potential problems associ-

ated with international travel as well as the quality of medical care available at the destination and during transit. A pregnant woman is advised to travel with at least one companion; during her pregnancy, her

level of comfort may be adversely affected by traveling. YOUNG

TRAVELERS Travelers who are less than 18 years old on the depar-

ture date must be accompanied by an adult. Due to heightened security, many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abduc-tions of children. If a child will be traveling with adults other than the

parents or with only one parent, it is recommended that a notarized letter be written by the parents or non-traveling parent granting authorization to travel including the dates of travel. We also suggest you contact the

appropriate consulate and airlines because they may have additional requirements. For the purposes of 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages trips

an infant is defined as anyone who is under the age of 24 months for the entire duration of their trip. A child is defined as any one between the ages of 24 months-11 years for the entire duration of their trip. SAFETY

Please be aware that during your participation on tours operated by 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in

undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft or other means of transportation; the forces of nature, political unrest and accident

or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages does not have liability regard-ing provisions of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be

rendered. 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages is not responsible for com-pensation for cities/sites omitted from the itinerary due to circumstances beyond it's control. PHYSICALITY OF OUR TOURS Please note

that almost all destinations serviced by 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages

require physical fitness and a lot of walking, sometimes up/or down the hills and at times very rough terrain. You may certainly stay behind for

certain parts of the journey, however, it is suggested that 3 to 4 weeks before your departure one should begin preparing physically begin

walking "briskly" 1-2 times a day; build up to 2-3 miles with no discom-fort. SERVICE INQUIRIES AFTER THE TRIP If upon returning from your trip, you wish to inquire about any services provided, please

ensure that all correspondence is received by 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages, 333 Marcus Blvd - Hauppauge, NY 11788, within 45 days of the tour completion date. This will enable us to make a timely investiga-

tion. TOUR CANCELLATION BY OPERATOR Be clearly advised that from time to time a tour departure may be cancelled due to lack of

participation. In such case, the operator's sole responsibility is to provide a full refund. 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages in not responsible and does not assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees

relating to the issuance and /or cancellation of air tickets or other arrange-ments not made through 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages. Cancellations due to state travel advisories and/or state travel warnings, Acts of War,

War, Terrorism, Acts of God, Natural Disaster or any other circumstance outside the control of 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages, are not the fault

of 206 Tours / Seven Seas Voyages. Great effort will be made to accom-modate traveler to another trip or to revise itinerary, however, cancella-tion for any of these reasons will not be eligible for refund.
