The Model 640 Block Cutter is a titan in both stature and reputation; with over 100 units in use around the world. Powerful pneumatics, automatic infeed and robotic pick and place help process 640-750lb (290-340kg) blocks into 40lb blocks with ease, while adjustable cutting wires allow you to produce various cheese sizes and configurations.
