l   IT Infrastructure Consultant (2/2014 – 6/30/2016) Consisted of two distinct roles. Leader of the Desktop Architecture Team and Infrastructure Consultant for Client Services. Desktop Architecture Role: As founding Leader of the Desktop Architecture team I took a co-worker's original idea for the technical team and added my experience and leadership to bring together a group of ruggedly independent technicians and thinkers from the Client Services organization as team members of the group. What resulted was the company's very first Desktop Architecture Team providing advanced solutions to our organization as well as the testing, implementation, and recommendation of hardware and software standards across the board. We produced and distributed the Windows-based images for all Desktops, Laptops and Workstations in the company and regularly updated those standard images for use by our large desktop support team. Infrastructure Consultant: I performed Sharepoint Team Site administration, application creation and management as well as JIRA project creation and administration for the Client Services group. I am currently the creator and administrator of the Sharepoint portal for all Client Services as well as the public facing HelpDesk web site. I lead projects to assist other IT groups in rolling out new technology to our 10,000 person customer base. I also represented Client Services in project related meetings and negotiated on behalf of our customers and staff members. I lead projects directing the activities of our 50+ membered Desktop Support team in North America.
