Please initial and sign below.___ I agree that as an active member of the Omega Chapter of Sigma Sigma Phi, I will:Attend regular meetings, with a limited number of unexcused absences as deemed by the Omega Chapter Executive Board (currently two unexcused absences allowed).Maintain an academic average of at least 80% with no failures.Coordinate/chair at least one SSP event during an academic school year.Complete at least 3 hours of community service per term Report all community service hours and chaired events to the chapter Secretary after each event.Attend the Annual Induction Banquet held in the spring of each year.
