The role is based in Oxford with some work in Bicester and Banbury. This is a varied role, working in a supported housing project; you will act as keyworker to a small number of people with mental health needs. You will work with them to develop a support and risk management plan based on the recovery model. You will support individuals to develop their independence and work towards their own move-on plan to access more independent accommodation.
The service operates an emergency on-call system outside of these hours which staff are expected to provide on a rotational basis.
