SITUATION VACANT (MONITORING AND EVALUATION)

Applications are invited for Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor on Lump Sum Contract basis in National Accountability Bureau. Condition of Eligibility and Job Description are as under:-

Pay Package

• Post Graduate preferably in Project Management

• 07 years experience of formulating monitoring and evaluation framework methodologies

• Proven experience of applying quantitative and qualitative research evaluation techniques and methodologies

• Liaising with Federal and Provincial Ministries, Divisions, Departments and other stake holders

• Proven communications skills • Proven experience of leading

and managing M&E functions / units

• Computer literate (Well versed in MS Office)

• Public sector experience desirable

• Lead Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) functions at bureau

• Advise bureau on development / implementation of M&E, framework

• Formulate monitoring and evaluation framework and methodologies for bureau

• Support recruitment and hiring of M&E / QA staff

• Raise awareness, support capacity building for the establishment and incorporation of M&E / QA function

• Any other duties assigned by the competent authority

45-63 Years

As per qualification / experience

NOTE:

(i) The appointment shall be on lump sum contract basis for period of two years.
