The Creative Passport - Full Stack Developer

Join The Creative Passport to build the ultimate data passport for music makers. We’re looking for a Full-Stack developer who has significant experience in React, React-Native and AWS to join a small agile team.

About the company The Creative Passport is a personalised ID for MUSIC MAKERS, where they can ACCESS, UPDATE AND MANAGE information about themselves and their works, and share it with others. We are a small team of unique personalities used to working together remotely. Responsibilities

• You will be joining a very small agile team of engineers, musicians and designers who understand the music industry on a deep level and the major pain points for music makers. We are building an identity passport for music makers to enable them to own and have control over their personal and contractual data. The passport is a progressive web app (PWA) which should work seamlessly across both Mobile and Desktop (as most modern apps should)

• Your main responsibility will be building features in both the Front End and the Back End with an emphasis on Front End development. Again as a small team, we do everything together but each person has clear ownership over their work

• We use GitHub for version control, notion as our wiki and slack as our communication channel.

Required Skills & Experience

• NodeJS & ReactJS - 2 years minimum experience• Javascript & ReactJS testing frameworks for both unit and functional tests• AWS - Services (S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB)• Message queues e.g. Celery, Amazon SQS• Server-less design• OpenIDConnect • API design• Security/OAuth experience

Additional Skills• NoSQL databases and the ability to weigh pros and cons between different database design

choices• Experience with SSI, PKI storage and management and blockchain technologies a bonus.

Start Date & Availability

• Immediately 

• Remote working is accepted within time zones + / - 2h GMT as the main team is UK based

• Part time / based on a freelance basis paid on a per day rate which can be extended to a permanent position if compatible
