Job-office: service of supported employment
History• 1997 :‘supported employment’ started in Feniks.• We recognized that some of the clients could do
more than their work in the day centre of Feniks.• Step by step Feniks tried to support clients into a job
on the labour-market.• 2009: joboffice of feniks en regenboog are working
together as one service.
GoalSupported employment wants to support people with a handicap who want to work voluntary within a normal working environment, outside the protected walls of care.

Target group
• Persons who want to work, but cannot cope with the pressure and responsibility of ‘normal or regular’ work.
• Different people with different kinds of handicaps.

At the end of the probation, there is an official evaluation between the different members. The result shows whether the engagement can go on.
