JOB SUMMARY

Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry. Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Major Responsibilities 1. Provide leadership in the development of the organization’s Vision, Mission and Goals. 2. Convert Vision into specific actionable Strategies, Plan, Policies and Budgets for development of Auto Sector Skills as per the expectations of the Board. 3. Ensure the development of Plans, Priorities, Performance Measurements, Management controls and Critical Success factors. 4. Review approved plans and budgets as part of the planning and budgeting cycles and present recommendations to the Board of Directors and/or the appropriate committees. 5. Propose agendas for the Board of Directors reflecting Issues, Opportunities and Priorities.

6. Promote organization amongst all stakeholders and achieve collaborations for its effective working. 7. Lead & direct the programs of organization in line with its Vision and Mission. 8. Act as the spokesperson and ambassador of organization to relevant organizations, both national and international.
