JOB DESCRIPTION MANAGER INTERNAL OPERATIONS Company: Pagatech Limited Sector: Financial Institution Location: Lagos, Nigeria Career Level: Manager Experience: 6 years of relevant experience SUMMARY As a manager for internal operations you will play a critical role within our organization. You will report into the office of the CEO. The internal operations manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of all operational elements within the company. The person is also responsible for ensuring smooth cross department collaboration and will also lead special projects. The company will be looking to you to take leadership on ensuring all teams have put in place the right processes, documented them, and have in place the right training for on-boarding new team members. You will also work closely with our human resources manager and senior leadership to help ensure the right “climate” (how it feels to work at Paga) within our company and drive execution of approaches to measure and improve the climate. The successful candidate is someone who is comfortable leading through others who do not necessarily report into them. Building relationships that allow him/her to plug into all teams across the organization. The person will also need to be a strong planner – detailed and focused on operational efficiency. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Drive operational efficiency within the company Ensure smooth processes to drive cross team collaborations Work with teams to create key performance indicators Monitor and report on team KPIs Drive a project orientation within the company Work with HR and senior leadership to ensure the right climate within Paga Lead special projects
