Hi, Not content with setting up shop in MediaCityUK, we’re finally opening our doors in the heart of Soho.

While our 160-strong team and giant stock holding are still present and correct in Nottingham, we’re going to have a core team of specialists in Golden Square providing local support to creative companies, much in the same way as we do in MediaCityUK.

We’ll also be offering next business day deliveries, collection, hardware loans, repairs and emergency kit, and will even hold key stock at the office in your name, so you can come in and pick up drives as you need them. (Obviously you’re still welcome at our Nottingham and Manchester offices, too.)

SupportOur bespoke support contracts can be tailored to your requirements and in-house capabilities, including advance replacements for key components from major vendors like AJA, Avid and Blackmagic Design. Our large in-house helpdesk can cover: phone, email, remote and onsite support; service level agreements; guaranteed response and break-fix times; emergency replacement hardware and regular ‘health checks’ so we can help your team spot problems before they arise. We’ll even work with your existing ticketing system.

RepairsWe provide AppleCare or our own four year warranties for Mac and iPad, which also covers loan kit during repairs. We can carry out in warranty and out of warranty repairs at any of our three locations. If you have a key piece of kit, we’ll even hold spares for you at your nearest

location, and you can collect one whenever it’s needed, so you never experience unnecessary downtime.

TrainingWe include handover training as part of our installation services, but can also provide accredited training courses for specific applications, or arrange first line technician training so that your in-house team can support your new workflow. For large scale rollouts, we can provide tech bars and floor walking tech support onsite.

Rentals, financing and evaluation kit If you need additional kit for freelancers or a one-off project, we can supply workstations, tablets, control panels, render nodes, DIT stations, DaVinci Resolve and more on a rental basis. We can also lease key kit, offer 30 or 60 day credit accounts, and provide demo units for proof of concept trials and pre-purchase evaluation.

Consultancy and designWe can advise on every aspect of your pipeline and the hardware and software it relies on, helping you develop a workflow that’s futureproof and bottleneck-free. But we’re not going to make our recommendations and run – we’ve spent over 20 years building relationships with key vendors, so can find you accredited hardware for your key software, build platform-agnostic systems to help with everything from ingest to archiving and provide the best possible support.

FulfilmentOur Nottingham office is centrally located and contains £6m worth of stock in a 33,000 sq ft warehouse, so if you need next business day delivery on an item, we’ve probably got it to hand – we’ll also be holding stock of key lines not on the shelf elsewhere in London so you can order and collect the same day. We can even keep

stock of cables, drives and other peripherals in our Soho service centre under your name, so you can just drop in and pick them up as and when they’re needed. And if you have a strict list of approved models and accessories, we can provide a customised purchasing portal that will only let staff order those items.

ImplementationBecause we know you don’t have time for teething troubles, we can perform soak and burn testing on your new hardware here at Jigsaw24 HQ. We’ll then configure it before shipping (including image deployments and application packaging) so that it arrives at your facility ready to plug and play.
