Exclusive dual cutter head design isengineered and manufactured by Jacksonspecifically for producing shavings. Heads are10 (15,2cm) in diameter with 8 knives.

Serpentine belt drive on cutter heads absorbsknife cutting impact, and allows full power to beavailable to each head as it cuts.

Replaceable wear rails protect bed side platesfor increased serviceability and machine life.

Redesigned box travel system offers moreprecise tracking, heavier-duty wheels forincreased life, plus easier and less frequentmaintenance.

Precision ground bedplates are jig-welded toside plates to assure trueness of bed forconsistent texture of shavings and highproduction.

We manufacture a full line of complementaryequipment such as, tree-length infeed decksand cut-up systems, log decks for loadingshaving mills, self-sufficient drying systemswith solid fuel Webb Burners, and conveyorsand handling systems.

One-piece mounting plates for highperformance ball bearings assures alignment,also allowing precise adjustment and drop-

down removal of heads without pullingbearings, if service is necessary.

Unequaled Jackson Knife Cartridge System isstandard on this model, allowing the cuttingheight of the knives to be preset on the benchafter sharpening. The result is reduceddowntime for changing knives.

Electric motor drive with 100 HP (75 kW) mainmotor and 25 HP (18 kW) hydraulic box driveincluded. Diesel, gasoline, or tractor PTOpackages available.

Wood 2 - 33 (5-84 cm) across and 7-88 (213 - 274 cm) can be processed.

Output ranges from 500 - 1,350 ft3 (14,2 - 38,2m3) per hour, depending on knife setting andwood species.
