Dashboard - How to Access1. Use direct link

2. Click Dashboards at the top left of the screen

All you need is to add the dashboard as favourite

Select 'Dashboards' -> 'Manage Dashboard'

Click the 'Search' tab. The dashboard Search will display. Enter a key word and click 'Search' to run the search

Your search results will be displayed on the same page. To keep the dashboard page as a tab on your dashboard, click the STAR icon ('add it as a favourite')

Dashboard - How to UseYou may just view the Dashboard

To add other statistics

a) request GL to add it, or b) create your own dashboard and experiment with the gadgets

At the top right of the Dashboard, select 'Tools' -> 'Create Dashboard' or 'Copy Dashboard'

New statistics/data is added as gadgetsIf you share your new Dashboard, other users will be able to find it and add to their favourites

2. Click Agile Project Mgmt tab(opens the last opened board)

If you lost the Team Board, try the following actions:

Click the down-arrow on the 'Agile Project Mgmt' tab and select desired board from Recent Boards drop-down menu

If you do not see the desired board here, select more and youll definitely find the board among the displayed boards.

There are 3 modes. That is how you can switch between them

Do not update issues in active sprint directly in Jira, as additional comments may extend the scope of the sprint and make its goals unachievable.

Do not add any issues to active sprint.

Do not start sprints from your own boards. That is the only activity that may affect the main project board.

Issue Navigator - How to Use - SearchSet search criteria and press SearchSwitch between 2 modes of searchAdvanced searching involves usage of JQL (Jira Query Language).

E.g., the advanced searching provides you with the ability to search for EMPTY and negative fields (Story ).

Here is a request which returns all the features in project ABC without estimates: Project=ABC and "Story Points." is EMPTY And issuetype="New Feature"

Issue Navigator - How to Use - FilterRun your search.Click the Save as link above the search results.The Save Filter dialog is displayed. Enter a name for the new filter. Define sharing rule (make sure to press Add button to add shares) and make your choice whether the filter will be a part of your list of favorites or not. Start a new search

Run your searchChoose the Views menu.Choose one of the following from the dropdown menu:
