Jim's KS3 Science Twiducate Resources

Hi SSPP KS3 Science Learners This is your 'twiducate page' where you will be able to access all the homeworks/resources for the whole of your KS3 course. If you have any questions regarding the work or anything you don't understand, you can post a comment for me on here and I'll get back to you as soon as possible - no having to wait until next lesson. Keep checking your 'twiducate page' as I'm constantly updating. Please show this to your parents/guardians and get them involved in your learning. I equate giving you some facts to giving you a bowl of rice which will feed you for one meal. I equate educating you in 'how to learn' to showing you how to grow rice which will feed you for life. My aim is to make you 'independent learners'. You may have heard the expression 'look after the pennies and the pounds will take care of themselves'. An equally true expression is 'look after the learning (ie. get it right) and the exam results will take care of themselves'. Check out the video Microsoft CEO Summit Innovation in Education - this is what I'm aiming for. Please show it to your parents/guardians/teachers. Also check out this video by a student in the US. It is so true here too. Get twiducate for your mobile here Check out my Prezi on The Way Forward - a MUST read for ALL. My aim is, and has been for many, many years, to educate my students into becoming independent learners. My methods are unorthodox but do produce results. Below I have provided you with the whole of your KS3 Science work with resources for each topic. The idea is that you read/view ahead so you come to your science lessons prepared. This complements the 'flipped classroom' well. Here is a link to my own personal evidence for the 'flipped classroom' -http://alturl.com/2ecoi Happy learning and have a wonderful day. Jim Baker
