Define CTQ & Measuring Method for New development. Inspection of First Article at supplier end as per release drawing & specification. Incoming inspection as per define sampling plan and maintain the record. Responsible for in-house machining Quality and record. Verify & maintain the calibration record of Measuring instrument. Responsible for in process approval after Verification of 1st 5Nos as per sampling Plan. Supplier NCR Data analysis - component wise, defect wise and identify the major non-

conformances for RCA & corrective actions required & initiate the 8D process & ensure corrective actions are taken and effective.
