1: The new transmission system combine automatic and manual gear.

But all these control is

automatic clutch and finish on handle bar .You don't have to remove

your hand from handle

bar ,just push the button. Meanwhile , we have a gear indicator to

show what gear for the driver

using , more accurate ,more expressly !

Please check my attached picture and see my explaination in detail.

1: " N " everytime start the ATV with " neutral"

2: "D" means automatic forward gear . Any time when you push

this button , we have to use

the hand brake or foot barke . When the gear finished , the gear

indicator will show red " D" to

demonstrate current gear .

3: " R" means reverse gear .Any time when you push this button ,

we have to use the hand

brake or foot barke . When the gear finished , the gear indicator will

show red " D" to demonstrate

current gear .

4: " + " and " --" this is manual gear change button . We set

2nd gear as the starting gear , as

we know our quad have big power and can start with 3rd gear . After

3-month trial test , our

engineer decided to start with 2nd gear and set the program i nto

computer . So you start with "

Neutral " , then using hand brake or foot brake ,push " +" and "--"

then you can use manual

system . If you already enter the " D" condition and want to usemanual system just push the

button +r you don t need to use brake to realize this

function It will be more

convenient for customer to have driving mode option when they are

running ATV .

5: " S & B" means start and brake system . When ATV on the

hills and brae, the driver have to

use the brake and throttle at the same time , otherwise the vehicle will

slip down from the hill, that

is dangerous . " S&B" will function on this point . The option way is

same .Any time when you

push this button , we have to use the hand brake or foot barke .

When the gear finished , the gear

indicator will show red "S" to demonstrate it . But as soon as you

release the brake this funcitonwill be over .

6: Protection function . The reverese gear protection , our engineer

already paid special

attention to the reverse gear . Only when the engine speed and

vehicle speed is not as low as

enough ,which close to complete stop . The reverse will never work

,even you push the button .

7: Waterproof protection . All the parts for this quad already pass

the waterproof test .

8: Character Adjustment available . Because all the system inside

this clip was set by the computer

program . As we know , d ifferent country have different habit to drive

the ATV . Now our test

driver run the ATV in dirt road and take detailed notes for the road

condition and climate . We will

report all the problems we met in different condition to the computer

programer , he can change

the system and input the suitable program according to our experience

and suggestion .

9: Maintence and repair . The whole system is consist of 5 parts

. We can fix the problem with

individual parts replacement . VERY EASY !
