On the guitar booth Hall 4.0 E30 the Trev Wilkinson designed Fret-Kingrange will feature a selection of limited edition models, each loaded with the new Fishman Fluence game-changing pickup systems that tackle conventional pickup problems such as the age-old 60 cycle hum, whilst simultaneously offering the player a choice of two classic voiced pickup options.

Acoustic guitars and instruments continue to dominate the market and JHSare pleased to announce two additions to the very successful Vintage PaulBrett Signature Model range. Designed in conjunction with the acousticmaestro and worldwide acoustic guitar authority the Vintage Paul Brett Gemini Baritone VGE800N and Viaten Tenor VTE800N guitar models will provide an excellent way for any guitarist to vastly expand their repertoireand tonal palette.

A selection of the Paul Tebbut designed Pilgrim folk instruments will also beon show.

Three new models will be introduced into the legendary Supro Amplificationrange - the 1650RT Royal Reverb, 1648RT Saturn Reverb and the 1622RTTremo-Verb will get their European debut at Messe 2015 on the JHS booth,and are bound to cause a few heads to turn for this much-loved historicbrand. Industry demo genius Matt Smith will be putting them and the othermodels in the range through their paces.

Speaking of legendary brands Danelectro will also be featuring on the JHSGuitar booth with 4 new models due for general release in the summer in-cluding the DC59TSB-12 twelve-string semi-acoustic model. Also reintroduced will be the DG63, again with a choice of colours, the DBS68Baby Sitar and the DCV56CR Convertible.

Perri’s Leathers have added to their extensive range of licensed straps andpicks a range of gig bags for guitar, acoustic and bass. Featuring artworkfrom The Beatles, AC/DC and Pink Floyd, these eye-catching designs willcertainly grab some attention.

Pigtronix effects pedal range will also be represented on the JHS booth. Fea-turing such gems as the Echolution 1 & 2 Delays, the Infinity Looper,Philosopher’s Tone and the Rototron, the US built Pigtronix pedals along withSupro amplification will be demoed by Matt Smith.

JHS at Frankfurt Musikmesse 2015Limited Edition Fret-King Guitars with Fishman Fluence Pickups.

Hand-built by Trev Wilkinson and his trusted luthier of many years MikeSmith, this very limited run of guitars will feature models from the Fret-King Green Label Series with the amazingly innovative Fishman Fluence systems installed.

As well as countering the problems associated with convential pickups(such as the dreaded 60 cycle single-coil hum) Fluence also offer theplayer two distinct voicings, based on classic, iconic pickups of yesteryear.For example the single width model can go from classic single-coil sparkle,to an overwound ‘Texas’ tone via a push-pull switch on the tone pot. Meanwhile, the double width pickups can alternate between the classic PAF and high-gain modern tones.

Alongside the impressive Fret-King spec of American Alder bodies, Canadian Hard Rock Maple necks with either Indian Rosewood or HardRock Maple fingerboards, players will appreciate the inclusion of TrevWilkinson designed hardware, all coming together to make a guitar that is so much more than the sum of its parts.

Royal Reverb 1650RT

The flagship tube amplifier of the Supro line, the Royal Reverb delivers sonic flexibility and ample headroom alongwith enough stage volume to handle any gig. Its power tubetremolo comes after the long, six-spring reverb pan, lendingan ethereal shake and wobble to the enveloping wash oftube-driven spring reverb. Independent TREBLE and BASScontrols in the preamp provide enhanced tonal control whileour unique, 3-way switchable power scheme allows you tocoax a wide variety of texture from the 6L6- fueled poweramp. The 35-Watt Class A (Cathode Bias) and 45-Watt ClassAB (Grid Bias) modes both deliver the more spongy character of the 5U4 tube rectifier while the 60-Watt ClassAB mode makes use of a silicon rectifier to achieve fastertransient response with maximum available headroom andvolume.

Saturn Reverb 1648RT

A future-retro amp designed for the working player whoneeds a lightweight, vintage flavored amp with world-classtube reverb. This 15-Watt, Class-A 1x12 luxury combo ispowered by a pair of 6973 tubes with a 5U4 tube rectifier forthe ultimate in tactile response and signature Supro breakupat manageable gigging volume. Its amazingly low noise floor makes this amp perfect for play-ers who prefer to crank the amp and use the guitar’svolume knob to control texture and dynamics.
