a cross continental camping trip that founder brewer Bruce Collins and his wife, operationsmanager Karen Collins conspired to opening up a microbrewery in South Africa. After sampling

beers from around the world and trying their hand at brewing in a Minnesota basement, theydeveloped a passion for brewing interesting and flavourful beers and wanted to share them

with the world.

Irish born, Ronald Mc Clelland has had a lifelong love affair with beer.He has traveled the worldtasting beers and visiting breweries. He started brewing craft beer as a hobby, using ahomemade system, but after locals had tasted it, they demanded that he supply the restaurantsand markets around Lions River in the KZN Midlands.
