How our app solves the problemYou wake up and

go to the mirror and have no idea what make up to put on. You go to school with it looking a mess and you get told to take it off. You feel insecure the whole day.

Page 6: JET powerpoint

Our team, J.E.T, is developing a mobile

app to help teenagers

who don’t know how to put make-up on properly but are

insecure about there skin to be able to where sensible

make-up in school.

Page 7: JET powerpoint

Our users are going to be 11-18 year olds

who are insecure about their skin and don’t know how to put make-up on.

Who are our users ?

Page 8: JET powerpoint

There are some apps like ours on the market but ours is unique because its especially for school.

Page 9: JET powerpoint

Our app is unique because it has lots of special features such as: a wish list

so you can keep track of what you

need to buy and we have a large variety of colours that suit

This is one of the key wireframes to our app. It’s the page where you take the photo of your face.

Page 12: JET powerpoint

This is the face alignment page where you put the boxes where the mouth eyes and eyebrows are so the app knows where the main features are.

Page 13: JET powerpoint

This is the colour choosing page where you can test out a variety of colours to see what suits the best.

What we have found out about data,

content and technical feasibility is that it is no good creating a product for a market that

potentially doesn’t exist, or is very

small. Our product relies heavily on the ability to recognise facial features but

doesn’t rely heavily on data or content.

Our Customers

would not initially pay but if they liked

the product they would buy some in

app purchases.

This is how we would advertise our app….

1. We would make posters and put them up around schools.

2. Post leaflets through doors.

3. Put things on forums.

We have presented to a computer programmer to see if our app was feasible. He said it is very possible to make but

face alignment is quite challenging.
