Jesus Is Practical::Sabbath

When I say the word “Sabbath” what's the first word that comes to your mind?

Why do you think God commands us to observe the Sabbath?

Jesus' Example... Mark 1:35 - “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark,

Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.”

Luke 4:42a - “At daybreak, Jesus went out to a solitary place.” Mark 6:46 - “After leaving them, he went up on a

mountainside to pray.” Matt 14:13a - “Leaving Nazareth, he went and lived in

Capernaum,” Luke 5:16 - “But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and

prayed.”

How do you think we should go about observing the Sabbath?

Replenish and Restore

Sabbath...

When the work is done, even when it isn't!
