Catering – Able to prepare meals for events and set-up for another event. Also, tear down and prepare for more events. Have catered 7-10 events. Soup and Sandwiches - Able to prepare a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, including: grilled cheese, Chicken, egg and tuna salads, subs and cold platters. Other Accomplishments- Have NC Driver’s license. Operated cash register, organized stock and kept log of supplies, cleaned snack shop, greeted customers and made hot and cold sandwiches in a fast-paced pace at Brevard College.
