description

For many reasons Jeremiah is not an easy book to read or to teach. It is a long book and the prophecies are not all in chronological order. Added to that, the content is largely depressing, with just a few glimpses of hope. And yet it is a book well worth reading because, when read as a whole, it gives us a picture of a faithful and loving God who is perfect love and perfect justice.
