Creating Trip Kits

After you access Trip Kit On Demand, enter the ICAO codes for one or more airports in your flight, or enter the entire route string. When you finish, submit your entries and Trip Kit On Demand generates a PDF of your trip kit.

You can create the following types of trip kits:

• A full trip kit that includes all information for your flight

• A trip kit that includes only terminal charts

• A trip kit that includes only enroute charts

When you access Trip Kit On Demand, the default settings include both terminal charts and enroute charts. If you deselect either option, the associated options become inactive.

To create a trip kit

1. Enter one of the following:

• The ICAO code for one or more airports, including origin, destination, or alternate airports. You can enter up to 15 alternate airports.

• The route string, using space or dot notation.

2. If appropriate, enter a flight number.

3. Manage your terminal chart options (Figure 2):

• To include terminal charts in your trip kit, ensure that the Include Terminal Charts check box is selected, and then:

a. Select a region from the Coverage list.

Your company determines the coverage options that are available to you.

b. To exclude origin information, deselect Arrivals and Approaches at Origin.

c. To exclude departure information for airports other than your origin, deselect Departures at Destination and Alternates.

• To exclude terminal charts from your trip kit, deselect Include Terminal Charts.
