Jeffsann Excavations is a family run business servicing the greater Sydney Metropolitan area with over 30 years’ experience in the industry and 70 employees, Jeffsann has built a strong and committed reputation for providing an efficient and reliable service throughout the Construction Industry.

We are able to complete small to large projects including demolition, bulk earthworks, detail earthworks, car parks, road works, remediation works etc. The last 20 years has seen the company expand from predominately hourly hire to carrying out major contract works. Some of our regular clients include ADCO Constructions, Baylin Industries, Daracon Group, FDC Building & Construction, Grindley Constructions, Kane Constructions and Stephen Edwards Constructions. Specialising in industrial sites we have the equipment and personnel to complete your project!

From project assessment to project completion, staff members are on call 24 hours to effectively manage your project. SUPERVISION

With a team of eight Supervisors, all equipped with GPS units, laser levels and field utes, with various tools and equipment, all Jeffsann projects are allocated with a Supervisor to run the job. We have an Allocator in control of all personnel and equipment, together with a team of Truck Allocators’ to ensure that all disposal requirements are in accordance with relevant authorities. Jeffsann Excavations have a working relationship with numerous suppliers to ensure quality products are supplied when required. Jeffsann Excavations have a dedicated Project Manager who keeps a check on each site on a regular basis. Having experience in the civil industry, spanning three decades together with a background in survey, concreting, earthworks, environmental etc; our projects are in good hands.

DEMOLITION

Jeffsann Excavations are capable of performing various types of demolition projects from clearing of sites, demolition of buildings and Hazardous material removal.

HEAVY HAULAGE

Jeffsann Excavations heavy haulage team provide an up to date fleet of truck & dog combinations, fitted with two way radio’s, which provide easy tracking and clear communication between trucks and sites. The trucks are all fitted with electric load covers, provide a safe, efficient way to have all loads covered to meet strict EPA – Council and WHS regulations on load covering. Trucks are fitted with reverse cameras and squawkers, which provide drivers with a ‘eye in back of their head’ whilst reversing and the squawker keeps the ground staff and other people safe whilst the truck is reversing. We are able to offer both contract cartage and hourly hire services, to best suit your requirements.

WATER CARTS

Jeffsann’s modern fleet of water carts are fitted with various sprayers such as road washers, batter sprays, fire hoses and cannons. Hydraulically powered water pumps provide a varying range of pressure and flow settings to cater for any requirements. Trucks are fitted with reverse cameras and squawkers.

Our Water Carts can be used for a range of activities and as they vary in size we can usually accommodate most requests including:

Dust control on construction sites; our water trucks have side, front & rear sprayers to cover a large area.

Washing of roads. Watering of plants & grass along roadsides or in parks & newly planted areas. Corporate Events & Festivals; to fill water barricades or provide water for catering

& cleaning. Large pool fills for public or private use. Can be filled from either Mains Water via standpipe or overhead bulk fill from

alternate water source. Practically any situation and location that requires water but does not have access

to a water source, our water trucks can be utilised.

Our quality water trucks are professionally maintained and serviced and are available for short or long term hire.

EXCAVATION

Jeffsann Excavations can provide Site Teams complete with qualified Site Supervisors capable of setting out projects, managing sites, from safety to environmental and logistical aspects. Equipped with GPS equipment, the need for survey pegs and set out is streamlined to expedite the works. Each team is equipped with survey rovers to allow instant location of both horizontal and vertical set out. The majority of our equipment is fitted with GPS systems.

ASBESTOS REMOVAL

Our competent and skilled team of Asbestos Removalist’s can remove and dispose of asbestos containing material from your job site.

Our truck fleet is licensed with the EPA to transport contaminated waste.

REMEDIATION

With personnel experience in handling hazardous/contaminated sites, we are able to offer advice and guidance in turning your site from an unusable wasteland to an environmentally friendly site suitable for many purposes.
