2010-2011 Broker: MF globalHired to start a brokerage outfit in the volatility crowd. Built the business by executing and talking to institutional and retail clients. Had a staff of 3 working with me, which I was in charge of. Helped build the client base for the entire firm by phone and electronic communications.

2004-2010 Trader: Red Cedar TradingHired and ran an extremely successful specialist trading operation. Executed proprietary trading for a $10 million portfolio of stocks. Traded 75 different equities at any one given time during the trading day in a very fast paced environment. Had a staff of 2 clerks that I managed and taught how to trade a large portfolio.

Was Responsible for executing, and trade match/disputes. The trading desk was responsible for executing for institutional and large retail order flow form the US, and Europe.
